The Idea

The Serviced Apartments industry has grown out of the hotel and catering business and has consequently used the same marketing tools and techniques until now. ServicedFlats.co.uk is the new independent web presence for serviced accommodation.

At ServicedFlats.co.uk we recognise the need for an independent platform for operators to advertise their stock and reach out to the customers directly without the need to go through an agent. We understand that the serviced accommodation industry is fundamentally different from the hotel business in that every serviced dwelling is unique and as such is less suitable to the “book-on-line” system of reservation.

It is our belief that most potential guests require interaction with a human being before booking a stay and that means opening a dialogue between provider and consumer. This is precisely what ServicedFlats.co.uk has set out to do. In the absence of any other dedicated web site, this format simply introduces the guest and operator directly .
